Have you ever seen those videos on You Tube titled “How to advertise your …… ” or ” Advertising Secrets Revealed! ” well when your a beginner you might consider them an opportunity but let me tell you they are scams!

Now I am not saying all of them are scams but many clutter the keywords in which we search, you see a lot of the people who make these videos don’t have a successful website, they don’t get much traffic to their website. By making videos that beginners watch and then feeding them a website, then saying some rubbish like ” Sign up for a free e book on how to advertise! “. Well sure it sounds good cause it has “FREE” and its about advertising, but what your actually doing is building up their traffic, and since most of them say “We will email it to you” you give them your email address boom they have your email to spam.

Now they might say “We hate spam as much as you do” or ” We wont spam you “, well I’ am here to tell you what we think is spam and what they think is spam are two TOTALLY different things. They will repeatedly send you updates, of what garbage they have added to their website. All they do is copy information from other websites and regurgitate it as there own. Also that e book most likely they didn’t write, its just one they bought the rights to.

But in saying all this, their are people on You Tube who make videos that will help you to advertise, and that still want you to sign up to their mailing list, just use your common sense and define Scammer and Professional, also just have a spare email address you never check and just use that one.
